Create and manage real-time monitors for specific Twitter accounts. Get notified instantly when monitored accounts tweet, reply, retweet, or quote tweet.
If you configure shadow accounts, you will NOT receive real-time tweets.
Shadow accounts are typically newly registered accounts or accounts that have been registered for years but have never posted tweets. These accounts are marked as shadow accounts by Twitter, and Twitter limits the distribution of tweets from these accounts.
Do NOT configure shadow accounts for monitoring.
How to check if an account is a shadow account:
Use the following link to test. Replace "a0a0a0ao" with the username you want to check:

Volume Pricing
Stream Monitors are billed per-account-per-day with volume discounts. The more accounts you monitor, the lower your per-account rate.
